Pimples almost all over my body..

I have pimples on my face (not alot)
But mostly on my back and my arms.. does any1 know why i have alot?
Is it because of a disease or just my hormone acting up?
My face is also very oily idk why..can someone help me? thanks

If over the counter products prove of limited use, see your doctor for a course of oral or topical antibiotics to clear your acne.

My husband gets terrible acne on his back & shoulders. It has scarred up terribly and he won't even go to the beach anymore because he can't take his shirt off. Any suggestions???
