Clinique make a good range called Blemish Solutions, including an anti-bacteria soap and a Chest & Back spray. I also like Estee Lauder's Sparkling Clean and Clear Difference ranges.
If over the counter products prove of limited use, see your doctor for a course of oral or topical antibiotics to clear your acne.

My husband gets terrible acne on his back & shoulders. It has scarred up terribly and he won't even go to the beach anymore because he can't take his shirt off. Any suggestions???
