Pimples on Scrotum

Ok, I'm a 16 year old who has a number of pimples on the sides of my scrotum. I have about four that are large and can have white discharge if I squeeze them, which I have stopped doing. The rest are quite small and not as visible. I also have very small things on my penis, which I belive is called "fordyce spots". These are mainly only visible when I have an erection. I am really wanting to get rid of this as soon as possible. If anyone knows of any treatment that does work,please help and let me know!!
