Pimples on my buttocks???

I have been having reoccurring pimples on my butt cheeks for years now (i am 20 years old). i try over the counter acne washes and nothing works. i would appreciate some advice. thank you.

The most common thing i have heard from my doctor is that it can be from your buttocks having too much contact with your own sweat for extended periods of time.Of course it can also be from not washing which i assume most of everyone does.So if you keep your buttocks clean and out of your sweat for long periods they should go away soon.
