Pimples underneath forearms (3 PICS)

Hello Dr. I have had these pimples underneath my forearms since I was a kid, maybe around 14, im not 21 and it seems like its gradually getting worse, and just 2 days ago, 2 of them on my left arm is buldging with the white puss,, normally the red dots dont hurt, but when i press the white bumps slightly, it give me a slight bit of pain, here are 3 pics:

Don't know how to edit my post, I just forgot to mention, what acne or diesease is this called and how will go about fixing it. Is there any creme I can buy in a pharmacy or do I have to go to a specialist?
