Please help me with my acne

I need your help with me and my face! Ever since I was 10 years old I have had zits, spots, nasty acne and I am now 22 years old and I am seriously getting sick and tired of this! I have tried everything under the sun to control to get rid of my spots, but every time and everyday it is a really big struggle to get out of bed! This morning I was supposed to start a new job, but because of my face playing up e.g. make up not covering up and spots are bleeding I called in to my temping agency and told them my car wouldn't start only to stay at home and sort out my face!!
I use OXY for face wash and moisturize after showering. I drink plenty of water, I have fruit and vegetables most days.
I live in the UK and I feel whenever I go away on holiday my face clears up and as soon as I come home all the spots come back again. And I wonder why this is? I know it might be down to the sun and in England we dont get much sunshine, so going away on holiday is always a nice thing because my face clears up and I don't wear to much make up, if any!
But as soon as I hit the ground of the England they come back, and I dont know why? I feel like pouring bleach on to my face and just getting rid of the skin I have, but I know I'm not going to do that, but that is how I feel!!!!!!

I wouldn't call my spots, spots..... They turn into nasty big red things where you can see the underneath layer I dont know how to explain it, hopefully my picture you can see what I mean... but they are horrible nasty things!!!

I can not take it anymore! I have seen a few doctors and they put me on medicine yeah it would work for a while but if he stopped prescribing me the medicine, the spots would come back, I really would not mind staying on medicine for the rest of my life, if it means a clear face!!!!
Please tell me what to do! I am going crazy and I feel like just doing nothing and staying in my home and not going out. My husband is in the USAir Force and is being deployed in about a month and I will be visiting family soon and the last thing I want is a face full of spots seeing them!!!

Hi. There are lots of things you can do to help your skin. You may need repeat courses of prescription medicines for as long as you are prone to acne. Go to your doctor to discuss going on Dianette, an anti-androgen birth control pill which clears acne. Also discuss oxytetracycline which is the one of the most useful oral antibiotics for acne. If your doctor thinks you warrant both together, use a condom as tetracyclines may stop the pill from working properly as a contraceptive.
The best prescription acne gel is, in my experience, Differin which is a topical retinoid. The best over the counter regime is the facial wash and treatment gel by Freederm.
Avoid too much moisturiser as this can make skin more oily. I put my make-up on with a fresh cosmetic sponge each day, which avoids the need for a day cream underneath. Estee Lauder make a total coverage foundation which is excellent. Elizabeth Arden also make a full coverage sponge on make-up. Vichy and Roche-Posay both make good camoflague make-ups. Loiloi xx
