Post Accutane Treatment

I took Accutane for 4 months about a year ago.  It cleared my acne up completely and, of course, gave me very dry skin.  I still believe I have that dry skin; I have to put on thick lotion every morning, but it's possible it's just habitual.  My question is, can Accutane wear off?  I've begun to occasionally get simple pimples; although, they're not quite the same as the acne I had before.  They're not painful and never develop heads, and I've wondered if they could be razor burn on my now sensitive skin.  Could they be that?  Or perhaps a result of the cold weather or the extreme stress I've been under recently due to school?  Or could the Accutane be wearing off?
