It is possible to relapse after accutane so keep an eye on these lumps to see if they develop into cystic acne. A second course of accutane may be indicated.
In the meantime use an anti-inflamatory gel on them such as Freederm.

I think I might have the same thing. I've had 2 or 3 series of Accutane in the past. I have small flesh colored bumps similar to what you describe. A dermatologist tried to cauterize them off but I still seem to have them. I wondered if they were due to accutane in the past or, I have also had cortisone injections 15 or so yrs ago, for cystic acne. It cleared the cysts up but have had these bumps. I also have some acne, but the bumps themselves are not acne.
I had a cyst removed last june, but they didnt get it all out, so went back last tues 12.2.08 to get the rest out, now another cyst is forming above where the other used to be, he's put me on doxycycline, but don't think its gonna work, its really getting me down, I'm gonna try and get some accutane.
Any one got any suggestions, had quite clear skin upto about 18mths ago
Thanks
