I hate to be the devils advocate but I don't think dermabration will do anything.  It's meant to smooth out skin temporaryly like an intense exfoliation.  I also have acne scarring from my teen years and have seen many dermatologist about it they said don't waste your money on dermabration.  If you want to see long term results you have to do a laser procedure.  I've just started my treatments.  Hopefully this will help.  I'll let you know how it goes in a couple months when the series is over.

Has anyone tried Mederma for acne scars? i was thinking about trying it, cause i have scars on my face due to acne.
