Problem with red skin around the nose that troubles me for a long time

Well I've had this reddish skin around my nose for couple of years, maybe less, but I can't treat it off. Since I have occasionally acne on my nose I've thought that it's just acne red spots that would go away eventually as the skin produces new layers, but it's not going anywhere. I've been treating it recently with products that contain vitamin E but because my skin is oily and so the products are it's very risky for me because it might trigger appearing of another spots. It's just really troublesome and I'd be very thankful if someone offers a reliable solution. Please help.

hello around my nose its red i had this for a while now but i don't know but it is. i cant get rid of it,it just wont go please help what can it be.
