Pubic Pimple?

I am 14 years old, I lied about my age. I have one small white blemish that I noticed about 2 months ago. I didn't make much of it at first but it has started swelling within the past two weeks. It hurts to touch. No, I don't have sex. I have no idea what it can be or how to get rid of it. If someone could give me this information that would be great.

I've had one of those, and it looked like a white-head. I mashed it, and pus came out. It hasn't came back.
