Random zitlike doohickey in a not so happy place 0_o

So I've recently discovered within the year that I have a large pimple-sized bump in an embarrassing place, near my anus.. oyy.
It doesn't hurt, I was just worried that perhaps it might be a wart, but upon further examination it is smooth on the top and looks like a large whitehead.  But it's been here for far too long.  I don't think it's a genital wart, as far as I can tell.  For one thing, I've had only one sexual partner and he's only had me as a sexual partner.  Secondly, I've squeezed it, twice, and both times what has come out is a small, hard, skin-colored sesame-seed sized blob.  It still does not hurt, but I'm wondering what it is and if it could be a problem.  Any ideas?

Do not squeeze this spot. Squeezing spots spreads bacteria under the skin leading to more spots in the same place, delayed healing time and secondary infection. Apply a cream which contains zinc, such as Sudocrem to promote healing.
You may wish to repost this question in the Dermatology forum, as this is unlikely to acne vulgaris which commonly occurs on the face, chest and back.
