Red/Pink itchy dry skin on face.

Red/Pink itchy dry skin on face.

hello
i am 17 years old and i have this red/pink skin on my face mainly my cheeks, nose, chin and forehead. The skin is very oily. I tink it is oil as i can wipe it off my face. I have had acne since age 15 and i have used minocin antibiotics for a year now for that but is the red skin i am worried about. cleansing creams and moisturisers will not work i have tried so many of them. the skin is so dry that it is uncomfortable to smile. if i smile, laugh, eat, or blush my facial skin gets incredibly red dry and even itchy. It is worsening. It is important to add also that i have good sallow skin everywhere else on my body. My arms, legs etc are quite tanned. I used to have a tanned face untill about i started having acne. Also i must say that my skin looks best when i get up in the morning as it is then the same colour as the rest of my body.
Can ANYONE please offer me advice??
PLEASE
sorry for writing such a long message but i thought you should know all about my face.
Thank you

Hi. There are several excellent products I will recommend for acne-prone skin which is also red and tight.
Eucerin make an excellent cleanser for impure skin which is compatible with acne medications.
Roche-Posay also make an excellent cleanser and moisturiser for oily skin which is also sensitive.
These products are available in stores and online and are not too expensive. Loiloi xx
