Red Skin

For the past week now I have this red skin like a sunburn on both my arms on the inside going down. Only problem is I can't figure out what is wrong with my arm. I mean there is no burn,tingle,itch, or pain. Its just red. I would like to figure out what are the possibilities it could be. Thanks.

Aside allergies, infections/ inflammations; skin redness can also be cause due to a number of other causes like a few autoimmune conditions, metabolic/ endocrine/ hormonal issues, systemic causes like liver issues etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
