Red bumps on the base of the penis

from the past 2-3 days ive noticed red itchy tingling bump on the base of my penis. Its large as compared to a pimple
if i scratch or something like that a white layer appears with a very minute amount of blood, it does not look like it has puss coz its hard and when i pricked it nothing came out. I cannot sleep or even wear underwear its very itchy and irritates me all the time. My last shave was some 20 days before and had gay sex somewhat like 15-17 days before im worried and irritated please help

Hi Jay, you may wish to repost this in the Dermatology Forum as I am only an expert on acne (which occurs on greasy areas of skin like face, chest and back) and is not what you are experiencing.
i) Do not ***** or squeeze acne spots or other skin lesions. This can lead to a secondary infection and delayed healing time. It can also spread bacteria under the skin leading to more pimples in the same area.
ii)When shaving use a good quality shaving gel and apply a post-shave healer afterwards. Clinique make a great range of shaving products. However, it is unlikely that you would still have an irritation 20 days later.
iii)Did you put yourself at risk sexually?
