Red spot on head?

i had protected sex last night but unprotected oral sex last night. this afternoon b4 i took a shower i see red spots on the tip of my ****. i mightve asked her to suck really hard last night :S

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the spots. Though it doesn’t typically look like an infection, atleast not any of the important STD’s. A few possible causes are fordyce spot, angiokeratoma, flat wart, erythroplasia, a-v malformation etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management, if required.
