Roaccutane(Isotretinoin) and bone growth

Hello,
I was wondering if my treatment with Roaccutane when I was 15 years old stunted my growth. I took the drug for a year about 20mg per day (I was 5'8 and about 140 pounds then). Now after 5 years (I'm 20 years old) I stand at 5'9 and I wonder if this drug caused me those problems. The last 3 years I also have lower back pain when laying down on bed every night (not very bad, but it's there for some mins). My dad is 5'10 and my brothers(one is 15 years old and the other one 17 years old) are about 5'11-6'0 already. My mother is about 5'7. I am so worried about the acne treatment... The dermatologist that prescribed me the drug said that there is no way it would stunt my growth but hell... I took it for a year and I only grew about an inch.
