SPIDER BITE???

A few days ago i felt a pimple appearing on the side of my nose sort of under my eye on the bone. Well it seemed way more painful and bigger than ever before like any other acne. So i poked at it with a needle, blood, clear stuff and a tiny string of white came out. But i was squeezing my skin harder than ever (like really hard ) because it hurt so bad, and i wanted it gone. Today my skin has swelled up to my eye! And the "pimple" is still there with no head on it, and it still hurts! Could this be a spider bite? Or did i break a vessel or something? And no there is no black or blueness, just swelling. (sorry so long)
