STD please help

Well let me start off by saying i had unprotected sex with someone i am pretty sure does not have any STD`s (but of course I am not 100% sure) about 4-5 months ago. The next day i became very nervous about the unprotected sex incident and began to panic a little bit. That day my penis also became sort of red as if it was irritated, although this has happened to me in the past from masterbation (masturbation) i immediately thought STD and began to panic even more. However the sex was very uncomortable because she simply was very tight and it was very hard for me to get it in and hurt during most of the intercourse. I believed that i had just irritated myself due to this hard friction during intercourse. This redness went away within a day or two and everything was fine. However i still was very nervous about the risk of me getting an STD. I literally became so paranoid i would run to the bathroom multiple time during the day to check myself for bumps, discharge etc. My penis also felt kind of weird, no pain, or itching or anything of the sort but rather i just felt the presence of it, something i usually dont feel. However i think this might have been because i was overstressing myself and very paranoid about an STD and therefore this was sort of happening in my head. (Im not sure though). It would seem to bother me most after urinating as i felt urine would drip out in very small quantities, however when i would go back to the bathroom to see if urine was dripping there would be nothing there.  Since my search was unsuccessful i finally built up the courage to see my doctor who took a urine test and found a microscopic amount of blood in my urine and advised me to see a Urologist, which i did. This was about one month after the incident and the Urologist did a visual exam along with a urine test to check for STD`s which was sent in as a culture. He also checked my prostate and believed that i had an enlarged prostate (prostitis). He gave me some sort of anti-infection pills which were perscription. These pills made my skin very sensitive to the sunlight and since i couldnt avoid being in the sun because of my job i had to stop taking them after about 5 to 7 days. At this point all of my fear went away and my penis seemed completely fine and did not mentally or physically bother me in any way. The Urologist also never got back to me with any results in which case i assumed everything was OK. About 3 months later i noticed a problem that when i would urinate urine would still drip out after done peeing and also i would have sort of frequent peeing. At this point after masterbation (masturbation) the tip of my penis would almost sting for like very short periods of time like seconds but this only happened about two times and during this my opening or meetus seemed kind of red. So i decided to go to another doctor and check this out and get a test. This doctor gave me a visual examination and then a swab test. The day after this examination i woke up with a red pimple like structure under my foreskin (uncircumcised). it is not a blister and has no liquid inside. it also is not a whitehead like regular pimple either. it is only one pimple/bump with no rash or other ones anywere in sight. It is slightly red and slightly elivated. It appears kind of shiny in the light and almost white at the tip but when flattened out (like the skin pulled apart) there is no white part just red. it is smooth too not like jagged. Ive had the pimple/bump for about 5 days now and it hasnt changed at all. hasnt grown or shrunk or gotten more red or irritated or changed in visual stil the exact same. I recieved my tests today which were all negative for herpes and warts and chlamidia and all that stuff. However this bump is still here. i keep thinking its a pimple but there is no white head and it doesnt hurt or itch or anything. as if nothing was there. I told my doctor about this when he gave me the results and am going in next week to check it again just to be sure. What is this bump is it a wart or herpes or what? The urination problem still affects mea little bit. do i have prostitis? maybe a yeast infection? i am so confused about this mixed symptoms and negative results from 3 different doctors. Also ive been putting this body and face lotion all over my face body and penis in the morning after the shower cause it feels so fresh and nice. and it is very hot down there at work and i seem to sweat alot. Is the pimple related to the sweating in any way? could the cream have caused the pimple/bump from a possible iritation or clogged pore. Remember this thing is under my foreskin. could the pimple and urinary problem be completely unrelated. also i havn`t been sexually active since any of this. i slept with another girl like 2 weeks after the other but protected this time. so i havnt had sex in like 4months i would say. can someone please help me and i know this is long. but i need help i am still so worried although i im negative in all tests
