Scrodum Acne?

Okay Mega embarrising but I had this  small (what I thought was a pimple) inbetween my right leg and my scrotum, I have had one or two black heads there before and it is not so rare, anyways I tried to pop this thing and really pissed it off. it blew up: a little and a white divit formed, like a sore with a white core. The inflamation (inflammation) has gone way down and the sore is healing (this is all in the time fram of like 3 days), but I am just wondering what is to be thought about all this, was the a pimple?  what the heck?

Although acne commonly occurs on the face chest and back, the odd pimple can occur just about anywhere. Do not pop pimples- this will spread bacteria under the skin leading to more spots, secondary infection and delayed healing time.
Instead, treat with antiseptic lotion such as Savlon or TCP.
