Sebaceous cyst below chin? concerned

Hi, I'm a 23 years old male, constantly suffering from slight acne every now and then and occasionally having sebaceous cysts around the face which usually grow and then blow and drain some fat and blood.
I've had cysts for a long time, it happens occasionally and I'm used to them by now, I just let them grow enough so they drain by themselves.So far so good until now...

For quite some time, I've had what I believe is one more of those cysts between my chin and my adan's apple; I'm quite beardy and hairy around my face and hair has stopped growing there for a while. My concern is that it's been there for a long time and it doesn't hurt at all like most of them, feels kinda soft and doesn't feel so bulky, but sometimes I feel like it's healing and becomes reddish if I touch it too much and it doesn't seem to go away like previous cysts.

It looks skin-colored, not blackened or filled with with anything, just like a round lump in there, which is why I'm worried, could it be something worse than a cyst? I thought maybe it could be a permanent scar of a previous cyst I don't remember blowing there... I'm kinda anxious about health and I recently started worrying about what it could be if it hasn't gone away in these ... like 4 months I've had it.
