Severe acne with bloody pustules.

I am 19 years old.I have a very severe acne problem.I dont only experience pimples but also large sized bloody pustules.And i feel as under my face skin at places certain dumps of uknown matter are present that are often painful.
Small pimples end in the release of semisolid whitish matter and large pustules pop in whitish fluid and blackish blood leaving unremovable scars on my skin.
Please suggest.

The description of your acne sounds like it should be treated by a dermatologist.  While you are waiting for your appointment, you could try an over-the-counter product containing benzoyl peroxide.
