Severe back acne

Okay....I need serious help! I am 30 years old and ever since I got off the pill (2 YEARS AGO!) I have had very bad backne! And I have litterally tried everything!! 2 different kinds of herbal pills, accupuncture, changed my shampoo and conditioner, changed my laundry detergent, the Skin Dream machine, different acne washes, changed my diet, (cut out wheat and dairy) accutane!! Seriously, what else is there??? I havent swam or worn a tank top in 2 years...its ruining my life. My social life has changed because of this problem. Its very embarrassing cause of how large they are! They are filled with puss and they hurt really bad! Sometimes they will break open on my shirt and leave gross stains on my clothes.....IM TIRED OF THIS! please, someone.....help me.
keep in mind: I am 30 and this has been happening for 2 years straight!!

Hi. Was there a reason for discontinuation of the pill? You may require repeat prescriptions for a long as you are prone to acne. The risk of complications with the pill increases if you are over 35, overweight or a heavy smoker.
Avoid the progesterone-only mini pill or Depot shot and take a pill with oestrogen such as Diane35 or Yasmin.
Oral antibiotics such as oxytetracycline will help. If your doctor feels you warrant both antibiotics and the pill use a condom as there is a risk that oral tetracyclines may reduce the contraceptive properties of the pill.
Application of a topical synthetic retinoid like Differin will also help. Eloise x

I cant do any more antibiotics or drugs cause we plan on trying for a baby soon. I originally got off the pill because my Melasma was getting worse and worse from being on the pill for over 10 years. So my Dr. took me off and put me on an estrogen free B/C and that was really bad for me (mood swings, slight depression etc) so I got off and she then she put me the ring. Then I just said Ive had enough and stopped all B/C. I have also recently just found out that I am gluten intolerant. My skin gets a little better now that I stay away from gluten but I want it 100% gone. Im tired of it.
