Skin infection for about 2 years (first staph. aureus and then enterobacter cloacae)

Hi,
iam from germany and i have this skin infection for about 2 years. after many cremes etc. the derm take a sample from the nose and it was staphylococcus aureus. then they take a sample from a pimple and this one was positive for enterobacter cloacae. the derm dont want to prescribe me antibiotic cause its not worse enough for him. its really annoying and i have psychic problem from this ****. here are some pictures and it would be great if you could give me some treatment tips.
