Skin rash and acne

I am 44 and have never had acne or even pimples. In the last month I have had really bad breakouts and even rashes on my chest. I had an ovary removed in august is this a reprecusion/side effect from only having one ovary. Please help!!

Acne is hormonal and it is very likely that having an ovary removed has contributed to this. Talk to your doctor about hormone replacement therapies.
For your acne, try the over-the-counter Freederm facial wash and treatment gel. If this does not prove beneficial ask your doctor for a prescription strength gel such as Differin.
My close friend had a hysterectamy and suffered with facial acne and hot flushes on her chest for about 3 months afterwards. Loiloi xx
