Small cluster of pimples on my nose. Please help!

Hello to everyone. I have been having this stubborn problem with one side of my nose for about one year already. I have a cluster of pimples on the side of my nose. They fill with white puss from time to time or sometimes they just stay red and raised. I have been to a dermatologist twice so far since this has occured. Both times she has takes cultures of my nose and said it was a yeast growth. I have never heard about this, just wondering if any of you guys have? She the proceeded to prescribe me some oral pills (fluconazole). I was prescribed it in a 100mg form. I was directed to take one a week, for 4 weeks. I went through the cycle and it seemed to have helped a bit after I taken it, about 5 days after I took it, by the time i was almost ready to takje the next pill they were back. It was a cycle like that. After the month was finished we spoke and I told her it wasn't working, she then gave me some packets of alcortin, a green topical cream. Nothing is working! I constantly look at it every time I get a chance to in the mirror, I turn myself when talking to people, It really has effected my way of life and I just cannot deal with it any longer. Please if anyone has any insight on this I would greatly appreciate your advice and help.

i would not resort to pooping or picking the pimples but if you have oily skin try using a cream that will dry you skin like noxzema which is not for pimples but drys skin fast and also you can try dr scholls freeze away that is usually used on warts to kill the bacteria inside.

Hi. You may like to re-post this in the dermatology forum as a yeast infection is not the same as acne.
