Small white hard spot behind knee and underneath eye.

My seven year old son has had a small (approx 1mm), hard, raised, white spot behind his knee for about a year, thinking this was due to him sweating during sports I paid it little attention, apart from that when my son tried to 'get rid of it' a small amount of pus was inside.

In the last two weeks another spot which looks similar has appeared beneath his lower eyelid (not inside but lower than his lower eyelashes), I am wondering what these are, whether I need to be concerned and whether there is any treatment to clear these up, especially since one is so close to the eye.

There seems to be a bug in MHs program right now.  Anyway, I was going to suggest that you put hot compresses on them several times a day.  Of course not hot enough to burn.  See if this makes them go down or away.  If it doesn't, then I think a trip to a dermatologist should be made.  You can check with your pediatric doctor first but to be honest with you they know generalized medicine and are not experts in specific areas such as dermatology.
