Splenda

I'm 42 years old and Splenda gives me real bad acne! Sugar has alwas did this to me but I think splenda is MUCH WORSE! Don't have this problem with sweet-n-low or equal just this. So how can it be made from sugar and not be sugar....? I think it's sneaky marketing it's like saying cake mix isn't flour, or telling someone with high blood preasure that steak seasoning isn't salt.
