Spots on lip won't go!

I get blackheads all around the rim of my lips, some times theres only one and it's small but other times there are about 5 and they get bigger and bigger and turn into whiteheads. The thing is when they turn to whiteheads they start to get sore, when i touch it or open my mouth it stings. I have tried popping them once or twice and that just made it hurt alot more and it came back just as big about 10-20 minutes later and if i repeat popping it then it just keeps coming back and sometimes they can be there for months! They won't go away! Some one please help me! Why do i keep getting them and how do i stop it! I use face wipes every night and usually go over the lips alot and i dont wear any make up but it doesn't seem to make any difference! HELP!

Do not squeeze spots or blackheads. This will spread bacteria under the skin leading to futher breakouts in the same place. It will also lead to delayed healing time and possible secondary infection. Done repeatedly, it can even lead to permanent scarring.
Facial wipes are not a particularly effective way of cleansing acneic skin, even if you don't wear make-up. Use a good cleanser such as Sparkling Clean by Estee Lauder.
