Sweat Bumps- PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Help me,
I have recently been running on the treadmill to lose weight at least 5 days a week. I am getting these big huge bumps in between my inner thighs. They appear to be sweat bumps. They are huge and very painful. I got runner's glide, didnt work. I wear pants that keep my thighs from rubbing together, and I put vaseline on them before I get on and neosporin throughout the day. They will start as one and multiply. When I squeeze nothing come out. Until yesterday I squeezed and blood and puss came out. I am so emabarassed. They are painful and when they finally go away the leave blueish bruises. Is there any kind of medicine prescrip or non that I can use other than what I am already using. I do not want to stop running because I am trying so hard to lose.
Please help, it is summer and I am embarassed to get in a swimsuit not bc of my weight but bc of the bumps. I cry daily for pain and emabrassment. Please answer my question.
