Tiny acne spots

Tiny acne spots

I have had these tiny spots on my face for a while now. They were originally really bad. They were all over my face. They finally left except for on my checks.

They are not itchy or red. They look like tiny rashes or pimples. I've tried 10% benzol peroxide. It works temporarily if i don't use sunscreen or any other moisturizer. The minute I startr to use it again, it shows up on my checks again.

I have tried different moisturizers, still the same reaction.

IT started when I started using was youthful essence and sheer cover mineral face powder.   Please help i just need these to go away.

Acneic skin does not usually require moisturiser. Use a bland cleanser such as Cetaphil or La Roche-Posay (available instores and online).
10% Benzoyl peroxide is rather harsh, try Freederm (available over the counter) or ask your doctor for Differin (adapalene) which is very good at reducing soreness related to acne.
Use an oil-free sunscreen (Clinique/Clarins/La Roche-Posay -there are lots) or make a physical barrier between you and the sun (clothes/hat/avoid sun exposure).
Upload a picture or show your doctor, you need to distinguish whether this is acne or a rash.
Eloise.
