Tiny bump under head of penis

I have a question on these bumps that I have on my penis they are all in a straight line under my penis head. I went to doctor a month ago after I had sex unprotected . The doctors visit was 2 weeks after sex. She tested me for every Std. The only one that came back positive was herpes 1. That is possible due to having on my mouth was I was little. The doctor said those bumps could be herpes 1.
Now it is a month and they are still there. Now the question is could these be warts and or just a normal for a penis to have. Now how long does the bumps stay around if they were herpes 1.
