Use of Clindamy/Ben 1-5% Gel & Minocycline 100mg

I have had perfect skin for last 5 years, am 45 now. and started breaking suddenly.  I have had hormonal fluctuations, combined with stress.  Recently, my primary prescribed me with Clindamy/Ben 1-5% Gel & Minocycline 100mg for my acne. I am on Carbatrol 300 mg twice a day for seizures my primary is aware of it

How long am I supposed to be on this medication?  and does my acne come back if I stop after my acne subsides?
Also, I noticed that my most recent lab results show that my white blood count is slightly lower than normal.

I am worried if I should start with this antibiotic regime at all and may be do with some home remedies for my adult acne.
