Using "Acnomel" when pregnant

Does anyone know if using Adult Acnomel (brand of over-the-counter topical medicine) during pregnancy is safe or not? It contains sulfur, instead if benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.
Thanks!

You should let your doctor know of any and all medications you are currently taking.  What ever you take (including topical medicines)  your baby takes.  I did a little research for you and found this:   Pregnancy—Resorcinol may be absorbed through the mother's skin. However, topical resorcinol and sulfur combination has not been shown to cause birth defects or other problems in humans.

Breast-feeding—Resorcinol may be absorbed through the mother's skin. However, topical resorcinol and sulfur combination has not been reported to cause problems in nursing babies.

Good Luck, just check with your doctor!
