Weird acne rash on nose

If anybody knows what this is please help me. In November 2007 I had like some acne on my nose and like 2 weeks later it turned into a RED red rash on my nose, I've seen the dermatoligist like 4 times everything they give me makes it worse. I guess almost everything I put on it makes it more red and looks like it's burned. It also causes my nose to get really oily. There is like no white heads on it though... I will try to post a picture later on today when I get back but I have had this on my nose for about a year... It kind of ruined my life, I get home schooled... I am just very self conscious. I'm going to be using some Gel for Rosacea but... I will try to post a picture very soon..
