What are these holes?how to gid rid of them

"Hi. I'm male & Usman 21 years old.
I have these things (types of very small holes) on my face since I was 13. They have been increasing their terrain on my face very slowly & gradually since then.
Initially they were around my nose (around it not on it). Now they have increased their domain & are present till the cheeks where beard starts. They are not present at the after my beard starts. I can see it after I shave my face.
I don't think they are black holes because they don't look black they are just holes.
I'm also worried what kind of acne it is which is there for 7 years.
When try to squeeze them white puss like in normal pimples comes out of the holes.
Can you please tell me what are these things & treatments available for them.
These are some screen shots of my face. Some very close up & some not so close.
Please see all the pictures to get clear idea about this problem.
Please ignore the red inflammed spots. They are not acne & are due to the vinegar which I was using till yesterday to get rid of "the very small holes".
