What are they? How do i get ride of them?

I have flesh colored bumps on my face, they are not itchy nor red, i can't squeeze anything out of them, they don't have heads neither white stuff that comes out , they are from my own skin, What are they?!!! How do i get ride of them?!!

What they could be are little cysts.  You want to stay away from face creams that have oil in them because they can block the pores.  Try to use a face cream that is water-based.  If there are a lot of them, then try to see a dermatologist.

I looked up the cysts on the internet, and saw a pictures of them, i don't have them, they are big , mine are little and if you pierce it with a sharp object their are no stuff to be drained, i tried it and actually it hurts and their was only blood, it's like the bumps are from your own skin, like normal skin but that is not smooth....

I have very small ones that are flesh colored right between my eyebrows.  They are so small that I'm the only one that notices them.  When I asked the doctor about them he said that I had to stop using oily creams.  Now on the other hand I have a large sebacious cyst on my neck that definitely needs to come off.  Everybody asks "what's that thing on your neck?"  So you know that's gotta go.  You may just want to visit the dermatologist anyway to see what he/she says.

I have the same ones between my eyebrows , just as you described!
I will definitely go to visit a dermatologist.
