What can I do to stop this acne?

Hi, I am 25 going on 26 years old and I can not remember a day that I have been with out acne. I have tried products over the counter, one product that seems to work fine with my skin and calm my acne down is Nutragena brand. But, the real reason for my email is I just can't deal with this acne anymore, I do not want to spend the rest of my life dealing with acne if there is something that I can do about it. I currently do not have any health insurance due to me losing my job, but I do want to fix the problem. I do not want this acne anymore. I thought about having so m laser done... Would this do anything? What can I do to stop this acne for good? Thank you, hope to hear from you soon.

Really the only thing you can do is to see a dermatologist. To get rid of acne you need a prescription. I have tried everything over the counter and the bottom line is...it does not work.
