I have tried many over the counter medicines, including acne free, proactive, noxema, clearacil and a few others. Nothing seems to work on me. I seem to dry out VERY bad, (no matter how much moisturizer I use) I also am allergic to most of them as well especially acne free and proactive, including their sensitive skin formula. Does anyone know something that I could try that might maybe work?
I had a similar problem and I found that Differin worked the best for me... I had to go to a dermatologist to get a prescription but it cleared my skin :)
I agree with Live4Today, Differin is very effectiveEffective strength cough syrup and generally well tolerated. Use a bland cleanser such as Physiological gel by La Roche-Posay and apply Differin to acne-prone areas at night.
