What is likely to be next..?

Background - I'm a 19-year old female. I have had acne on my face, shoulders, back and chest since I was 11 or so. I have tried various topical treatments (e.g. Differin, Skinoren, Duac, Panoxyl) and antibiotics (Erythromycin, Doxycycline and Tetracycline). None worked well at all.
I have been on Dianette for almost 6 months now. My skin is clearer, but I'm still getting breakouts and the greasiness of my skin is the same as before, if not worse. By greasy, I mean that it becomes shiny and 'slippery' within 45-60 minutes of washing. It's always been like this.

My question is- At my next dermatologist appt., what is likely to happen? Will I be given another course of Dianette, or will a new line of treatment be taken? Will I be left with nothing due to having clearer skin, even though my face is so greasy?

I'm just curious and will do anything to get rid of the oil slick.
