Acne spots can vary in appearance and color. It is common to get spots in areas where you have hair such as the face, chest or back. Androgens (hormones) stimulate the oil glands and the hairs which grow from them. If you have high levels of androgen or are particularly sensitive to their effects, you may have excess oil. Bacteria on the skin feeds off this oil, the hair follicle becomes blocked, and inflammed acne spots occur.
If over the counter spot treatments are of limited benefit see your doctor. He can prescribe a topical retinoid such as Differin and/or a course of oral antibiotics such as Oxytetracycline or Lymecycline.

Hm, sounds like some "automatic" answer... Is it? Anyways I must say that I had it for more than a month. Is it an acne at all?

Hi. Not sure what you mean by an automatic answer. Differin (adapalene 0.1%) is considered the most effective topical treatment for acne and blackheads in terms of its effectiveness and how well it is tolerated. It is even more effective when used in conjunction with oral antibiotics.
Acne spots can remain as bumps under the skin for months before eventually becoming inflammed. A helpful over the counter remedy for this is Freederm (nicotinamide) but if this doesn't help then prescription medication may be indicated.
Are you prone to acne or is this an isolated lesion? It does look like an acne spot to me, but you could also post this in the dermatology forum for further advice.
