White Pustule

Teenage girl. One white pustule on front of thigh, towards knee. The pustule is this big --> O <-- A little red around. It doesn't sting, itch, or hurt in any way. What is it?

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of the lesion. Possibilities that may need to be considered include folliculitis, cysts, warts etc. You could try using OTC antibiotic ointments such as framycetin, clindamycin etc and see if it seems to help. If you do not notice any improvement over the next few days, you may consider seeing a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
