Whiteheads

What is the difference between whiteheads and blackheads. What is the best way to get rid of whiteheads? It seems as if it takes much longer for the whiteheads to go away than for the blackheads.

I get little white head on my nose on occasion. When I go every other week to get my eyebrows waxed, she waxes my nose as well. This pulls them out. Work great for me.

A whitehead is the result of a pore cleansing out, bringing the impurities to a "head" so to speak. A blackhead is a clogged pore, usually with dirt and hardened oils.
