Wierd Acne Location in Nostril

I have this huge acne that seems to be located deep under the skin tissue of the opening of my left nostril. When I fold my upper lip you can see the imprint of the bump in the skin area below the nostril area. What is this and what can I do about it. The are is painful when I touch it .. please help!!!!

it's just a zit in a painful location. they show up there from time to time and yeah, they hurt. :(
