Zits...but NOT zits

I have what I call acne on my face, but it is not like regular acne. They are white bumps on the skin, hard and they don't go away when I pick at them. White, hard stuff comes out if I squeeze them, almost like a paste or something. I am getting more and more and I don't know how to get rid of them. Kids make fun of me at school. I have tried clean and clear, proactive, cearisil, Physoderm...everything. My mom doesn't have insurance for us 4 kids cause her work wold deduct like half of her check. But I really need some help if anyone has something like this. Thank you!

Hi Erica.
Firstly, do not pick or squeeze your spots. This will spread bacteria under the skin leading to more spots.
Your GP can prescribe an effective acne gel such as Differin or Duac and/or a course of oral antibiotics. Get your Mom to check out exactly how much this would cost. It is important to treat acne quickly to avoid physical and psychological scarring.
In the meantime, it is better to persevere with one over-the-counter regime, rather than switching brands before one has had time to work. Freederm is a good brand and cheaper than Proactive.
Tell a teacher about the kids who are unkind to you, and remember virtually everyone will get acne during puberty -they are just developing slower than you.

Okay.Im 16 yrs old.A yr aqo i had Perfect skin.No Acne.Then i moved.&& it personally affected me alot.I started to stress out alot && just be unhappy.My mom said that whatever was qoinq on with me like if i stressed out or if i was moody all the time tht tht would show on my skin(Acne).I dont know if thts true.But ive had acne ever since && ive been scarred.Thyre just red spots all in the cheek area.I had them && i hate tht i have to ccover them up with alot of makeup...The spots have faded a lilttle bit.But still are visible.Now what i have arnt necesarily pimples.(I dont think)Thyre just little bumbs without the white thinq.When i squeeze them a little ball of dry "white stuff" comes out.Im thinkinq thyre "cloqqed pores"?
Help someone?How do i qet rid of tht.The only way i noe is squeezinq them...

hello erica,
   are they hard white things all in clusters on a certain spot on your faces?? kind of mlook like white tadpoles but REALLY Small ahah you know?? do you have crater like pimples/holes on your face?? if so , i have your answer IMPETIGO. i got this HUGE solid white thing on my chin.. was shaped like an 8! and i thouht it was a messed up pimple or something! so when i would squeeze it, the white stuff would like come of in layers and their were like hundreds of little white things! anyways.. i started getting really sick and like two days later i woke up to green and yellow ooze coming out of ALLL Of the holes in my face ( there were like 28- i looked really hot ahhahah) and especially the "8" like crater wound was OOOZZING. so i think it is staph or fungus... thedoctor didnt know what iwas talking about when i mentioned the white things but shes an idiot. ill help you get through this.i used to have flawless skin and ever since i mved weird **** has been going on with it. -if it is just achne (acne) i ave GREAT rememdies for you. reply to me through this or my email- ***@****. i know how painful it is. this **** ruined my life and i have the answers you need

No,nothing like that.
Im Guessting theyre clogged pores.Idk if yu get the clogged pores after having alot of acne.I just have them.I dont have as much acne as i did before.So i guess its the clogged pores left behind?Im just trying to make my skin smooth && get rid of the clogged pores.I just dont know any other way but to squeeze them.
