acne and facial hair

im 20 years old and i have fairly god but sensative skin. i wouldnt say i have acne because the only time i get any kind of bumps, is when i have hair on my face. it doesnt matter how i remove the hair, whether it be by clippers or razors, it always happens the same way. hours after i remover the hair, the bumps seem to go away, and by the next day they're completely gone and my skin if just fine. then as soon as the hair starts to grow, my skin itches and becomes painful to touch, and the bumps come from nowhere. is there any kind of cream or something i can use after hair removal to prevent this from happenning?
