acne around lipline?!

I'm a 16 year old girl, and I've been getting one or two acne pimples around my mouth lately, and now I have two just on my lipline (but not at all touching my lip) that will not go away!! They're relatively small, like a zit, not huge and pussing or whatever. They're pretty dried out, but I think it's because of the insane amount of spot treatment and stuff I've been applying trying to get rid of them..
They freak me out, because I'm sooo scared they're a coldsore.
They're red, pretty small, and have a head like a zit, but I can't help but worry...I just popped them, and blood and fluid came out.
Should I be worried at all?
They have persisted for a week now, and I am on several medications that could cause it:
Celexa (antidepressant)
Concerta (adhd drug)
Norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol birth control

And I am entirely guilty of putting on way too much chapstick, and making out with my boyfriend too much as of late. I am a virgin, and do not ***** around, so I seriously...really doubt it's a coldsore.

Are these just zits? Please help!
