acne: differin and BHA and AHA

I've just started using Differin gel 0.1 and have several questions about what otehr products I can use with it, as there are conflicting views on some products usage with Differin.

1)  Can I use an AHA and BHA product?  
2)  Is it ok to use jojoba oil, lavender, ylang ylang and teat tree oil on top of Differin?

I would not use tea tree oil or exfoliant products on differin as this will increase the possibility of a reaction. Instead just use a mild cleanser. Differin is one of the most effective topical treatments there is, especially when used in conjunction with oral antibiotics, or an eostrogen contraceptive pill if you are female. x
