acne like pimples on arm

Well I really don't know how to accurately explain my condition but I will do the best I can. I have these acne like pimples on the back side of my arm (basically all over the area were the tricep is located). This condition started around 6 months ago with only a few pimples. However no the pimples cover all of my tricep and some of my bicep and some are even extending to areas below the elbow.

Hi. This is probably Keratosis Pilaris, a condition sometimes confused with acne. It often improves with age and may disappear in adulthood. It is completely harmless but patients may be distressed over its appearance and it occasionally itches.
Although there is no cure there are things which may help. Regular exfoliation and moisturising will improve the appearance of this condition. Lotions which contain Urea are best.
