acne on BUTT!!!

well people im 20 yrs old, and i have acne on my butt, its so embarrassing!!!!! i been having it ever since i can remember, sometimes they are so huge, that i try to pop them and they hurt. i cant wear bathing suits thinking someone might see them, i just want to get rid of them!!!! please help!!!!!! give me some ideas on how to get rid of them!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Do not pop the spots this will spread the infection. Use sudocreme which is for nappy rash but can also be used for acne and other skin conditions. Wear cotton underwear not nylon and sleep with no pyjamas on if this is possible to allow skin to breathe.
