acne on forehead and how to eat right

how to get rid of zits on the forehead?and what do we have to eat to keep the skin away from any pimples?acne is caused by the hormones in the body, so do i need to take hormone-stabilizing pills or what?now tell me:

1.what type of food that u think is the cause for your acne breakout?

2.what do u eat/put on your acne scars to make them heal faster?

Hi. Acne sufferers may be deficient in Vitamins A, C, E and zinc. You may also wish to avoid cow's milk which contains hormones and drink soya milk instead.
However, diet has not been proven to affect acne. Changing your diet may not yeild substantial results. See your doctor for a course of oral or topical antibiotics to clear your acne.
